Hi I’m Madi! I graduated with my 2200 hour massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University. I provide a supportive, judgement free environment to help you through your healing journey with a treatment catered to you and your goals.

In my spare time, I love to keep busy being with friends and family, playing games or being outside but I have a special spot in my heart for cuddling up with my dog and a good book!

Mary (that’s me!) graduated from the MScPT program at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. I also hold a specialized BSc in Psychology.

Growing up in Canmore, I developed a love for sport, regularly playing whatever was in season (volleyball was my fave). I also competed in Highland dancing, and learned the basics of alpine skiing. Though I jokingly referred to myself as a terrible Canmoreite due to preferring indoor sports and activities growing up, I can now regularly be found on the ski hill in the winters, and running or mountain biking in the summer. I enjoy travelling, and some of my favourite trips include skiing in Japan (so nice, I’ve gone twice), honeymooning in Scotland, and trips to the West Coast to visit family and friends.

I pride myself on patient-centred care, and providing evidence based and personalized treatment for all of my patients. I look forward to working together to help achieve your goals!

Melissa’s journey into the world of health and wellness began with a background in psychology, where she developed a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of mental and physical well-being. Her passion for manual therapy and rehabilitation grew while working as a rehab assistant at a canine physiotherapy clinic, which led her to pursue a career in massage therapy.

Melissa brings a blend of myofascial techniques, cupping, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and active techniques to get you moving and feeling your best. Her practice focuses on open communication and compassion, working together with clients to create effective treatment plans and empowering them with the knowledge they need to achieve their individual goals. She believes that wellness can start in the treatment room but that the work we bring into our daily lives is what creates lasting change.

When she’s not at work, you can find Melissa running, practicing yoga and meditation, exploring new modalities, or reading one of the three books she has on the go at any given time.
